Hi Attila, I think you swapped your x and y.
Your registration clearly states that pixel (0,0) (= top-left) = field coordinate (650000,200000). If the registration CoordSys is set to Earth Projection 8, 1004, 7, 19.04857178, 47.14439372, 0.99993, 200000, 650000 then long/lat (19.04857178,47.14439372) will be equal to (200000,650000), not (650000,200000).
