yes, I swapped x and y.

I swap the back.
now, however it gets quite close, but a bit away from where it 
should be...

The problem is (as far as I see)

There are 3 coordinate systems used:
1, WGS84 coming from the GPS
2, EOV (a "plain" coordinate system) with coordinates like "243750,650500"
3, HD-72 (an ellipsiod coordinates system too, used for/with EOV)
   (EOV is constructed from ellipsoid->sphere->plain with the HD-72 ellipsoid)
   that's why it is using 1004 as the datum.

Now I have coordinates form the GPS (WGS84), and some maps with EOV coordinates.
I'd like to register the maps with EOV coordinates, use the WGS84 Coordsys in 
MapX, and insert the points.

But something isn't quit working.

I register a layer for the base point for the top-left coordinate
(200000, 650000). Now MapX gives me coordinates as (19.0497,47.1446).

question: shouldn't it be (19.04857178,47.14439372) ?????

So let's see my location now.
now, in real WGS84 this coordinate is (GPS) ~ 19.13971833,47.50805667, 
I know from transformation, and I have old, non-earth coordinate system maps for 
this area, that in EOV it is (240463,656951).
Now I register another bitmap point as the top left (bitmap size used: 1m*1m)

however MapX gives me: 19.5838,47.2059
??????????????????

Any ideas, hints?
Something, anything?

I am lost :(
