Hi, I have tried saving the translucent map by 'save window as' (.wmf) and I am still getting the same error and then the application crashing.

The solution I have found that works for me is to create the layout just like I want it the save the window as a *.wmf and use power point for the printing. All you have to do is create a custom page size in power point and insert the picture. This has worked 99% of the time. If you need more information on this just let me know. Originally the map would come out blank, but since then on an early MI-L posting it was mentioned that I hit the Advanced Command Button on the print dialog and turn off internal handling for transparent raster and print using EMF. This worked the first couple of times, but since then I have been getting an error message every time I follow this format: Internal error: 31107 If no one knows what the problem is, could you suggest another way of printing translucency maps?
