MessageTry reducing your print resolution. You are probably set to default of 1200. Go down to 600 and you'll be fine. The basic formula is that your largest map dimension in inches, times your print resolution in dpi, must be less than 28000, when you print to PDF. In your case 34x1200 is greater than 28000 so it truncates. Conversely 34x600 = 20400 which is ok.
I wish I knew why this is the case, but I have verified it (after having learned about it in this discussion group many years ago). Good luck! -----Original Message----- From: Chan, Wai [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, August 02, 2004 4:09 PM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: MI-L Converting Layout Window into PDF Dear listers, I use MI v.6 and Adobe Acrobat Professional v.6.0. When I converted a large print map (22x34 inches) from the layout window to pdf in MI, part of the map was cut off from the pdf file. I tried with different files and with different sizes and seems to me that the largest size MI can convert is 23x23 inches. Anybody has any clues? Thanks very much in advance.
