Yep, sounds like your printer's been curseed... But seriously, what's different in your environment since this has occurred? What software versions are you using? If you're using MI 8.5 I think there's a new PDF driver that comes with it that you can install and try. You might also try one of the free PDF drivers like PDFCreator or such like.
