As I recall, some of these extensions are pretty costly, some even exceeding the core product.
They all do as far as I can see from http://store.esri.com
I cannot give you any numbers since ESRI (and MapInfo) price lists seems more closely guarded than state secrets.
Base ArcView is 1500 USD, each extension is 2500 USD. Prices valid for US customers only. At least here in Denmark a base arcview license is minimum double up these prices. Not sure about the extensions.
