Answer:
There should be no problem running a MapBasic program compiled in MapBasic
version 4.1 in MapInfo 4.5. You can't though run a MapBasic program
compiled in MapBasic 4.5 in MapInfo 4.1. You would need to run it in
MapInfo version 4.5 or higher.
