In a recent posting to this list, mr Wayne Tinlin,
GIS Project Manager of BDT & Associates in Ha Noi, Viet Nam
happened to attach the current TrojanHorse or worm program 'Happy99'.
BEWARE of running the file happy99.exe!
(or any other unknown executable email attachments for that matter).
Simply delete such mails, and also inform the sender that he has been
exposed in the act of spreading malicious software on the Internet.
As for the product Mr Tinlin announces, I should be most careful before
running any of that stuff, if not Mr Tinlin will be able to reassure us
of its integrity.

If you want to digitally sign, or receive signed mails, may i suggest
the Verisign ID scheme. Look at http://www.verisign.com/
By enrolling for a digital ID, you will be able to electronically sign
your mails, thus enabling any recipient to verify their authenticity.
I have been asked not to digitally sign postings to this list, since
they create an attachment unknown to some systems, or else I would have
demonstrated.
