Hi folks at Techsupport, Hi List a client of ours is having trouble when printing from MapInfo 4.03 for PowerMac to a Deskwriter 550 C (Driver Version 6.0). The OS is 8.0. The error is a "unknown printer error" with numbers ranging from 101 to 32767, followed by another error with number 36511. The printer is connected via Appletalk. The client can, however, print from his notebook with Mac OS 7.52 to the same printer with no problems at all. Any ideas how to solve this..?
