I too am interested in viewing other Municipal Web Sites. Since the City of
Orlando will be migrating to all MapInfo, GIS on our web page is a top
request. One site that I hope we can mimic is the Volusia County GIS:

You can download shape and dxf. This is useful to people like me who also
do work for smaller cities in the county. (I can do the work myself).
Martin County is also nice for viewing and downloads:

St Johns River Management is very useful for many counties in Florida:
http://sjr.state.fl.us/
