GeoLytics Inc has affordable data on a CD-ROM. Even makes maps for you. I use it all the time.  Try [EMAIL PROTECTED], Michael Brennan. They have a whole lot of stuff for not much $.  You can even export the results into mif format. THey got some new stuff out to. Also see www.geolytics.com

Don't pay more money than this. Remember that ethnicity data even in the census is a crap shoot. Don't fall for some line about upgraded ethnicity data - won't be different with a standard error from this stuff.
