MI One sided polyline buffering tool

Hello all,

Does anyone know of a tool to buffer one side only of a polyline?

I have searched the Mail Archives and get an error message when I try to access the testdrive.mapinfo.com site tonight.

The MapLogix downloadable file (on the MapInfo-L FTP site) mentions splitting polygons using a line - has anyone used this option?
