Techsupport should know better than always laying the blame on the user.
There are cases, sometimes in large numbers, that are data inconsistencies
(topological errors) but there are also the other cases where it is a mere,
very well documented and recognized failure of the MI graphic handling
routines.
The problem has been addressed as thoroughly as one could expect, after
several years of complaints and representations. But you will see the
results, an EOO free MI, only in the next version that will come out ... ask
them, I was not able to get a date, but the 5.5 beta that is available at MI
TDC should do the trick.
