Hi,

When we need a high resolution raster image of our map, then we are using
superprint and one of their rasterdrivers - and you can set the target size
(the rasterprinterdriver, which prints to a file in either TIF, JPG, TGA or
BMP are ok, but superprint's superque and other printerdriver are worse than
a good NT4 driver and it has caused my win95 machine to hang several times)

There is one small problem, and it's to manage scale (I haven't figured out
how to do it)
