Hi, everybody.
I have what I think is a pretty simple problem but in my efforts so far,
all I've found are many complex solutions. Here's what I want to do.
Using Adobe PageMill, I'd like to be able to create an intranet webpage
that allows the user to view a map that I created in MapInfo (a workspace)
and have the ability to zoom, pan, info tool, etc. Very basic functions.
Adobe made an ActiveX control that allows the user to zoom in and out of a
pdf file but I'd like to have the functionality with a MapInfo map. Is
there a relatively cheap ActiveX control that is available to enable
someone to do this? Or do I have to develop an application using MapXtreme
or MapX? For my particular application, using either one of those two
products I just mentioned is overkill. I need simple tools - not complex
analytical tools. Thanks.
