Igor,
I write a file to a pdf document using Adobe Acrobat, then use the Acrobat
select graphics tool to save the image in the pdf to the required format.
Unfortunately, this relies on your having Acrobat software, but it means
that you can save a layout window in a WYSIWYG form, unlike the Save Window
function.
