Ths list is not moderated, but you can only send from the same mail
account that you subscribed to. When I get the "moderator approval"
message, that usually means that I tried to send my mail from a
different account that the mailing list does not know about.
Please check your "banned" mails whether you used the proper mail
account. :-)
