Luke, what I've posted is a working snipped from Hoop's web.xml, all other
configuration in the web.xml it is not Jersey related. And Hoop is a real apps,
not a Hello World, so I think that adds more value. Regarding that it won't
work, well you'd just have to mount the web-services-driver above in /foo/* if
you don't want to collide with existing paths.
