I've been scratching my head going through everything wondering how your
experience was so radically different than what I'd seen on my runs and on
Jenkins! I wonder if the pom.xml should unset HADOOP_CONF_DIR? Hmm.
bq. it was a clean run except for one "didn't cleanup" error in
TestLocalMRNotification
I currently dream about this error. I don't think that's healthy.
