   @steveloughran @aajisaka @ashutoshcipher I read this part of the code, I try 
to submit a pr(#5245), I think if we roll back yarn's junit upgrade, some pity. 
I will add a `WebServicesTestUtils.java` separately in the 
`hadoop-mapreduce-client-app` module, and modify the reference, which seems 
better. We wait for the result of `yetus`.
   
   I hope this pr(#5245) to solve the `mapreduce junit-test` problem.
