Maptitude - http://research.umbc.edu/~roswell/maptitude.html

It's a nice article, and a nice application, complete with downloadable
data.

Who picked the colors on your Election Map? Isn't blue usually Democratic,
and red Republican? Does anyone have any background on that
color convention? I'm pretty sure it's standard convention, and on that
basis would recommending changing the color schemes.

Also, would recommend the site put the counts and the percentages next to
each other. It would be nice to have a mapplication that makes it easy to
do that, with any number of columns (hint, hint!) In the meantime,
I think this was a formula I used to do that in a calculated field.

if [count] = 0 then null else Format([count], ",*0") + " (" +
Format([percent], "*0.0") + "%)"

By the way, we now have 95 people on this listserv, from 16
countries. Welcome to new folks. Feel free to write, and ask or tell
what's on your mind about Maptitude.
