You may also try the PrintScreen key on your keyboard (right of the F12 key). Then use the paste function to get the map in word/powerpoint. Use the 'crop' icon to crop the image. The quality is very high but the price you pay for such 'wmf's (windows meta files) is megabyte size files! Anyway, Dr. Hoskins is right. The double legend/illegible legend problem is still there in Maptitude. I create my own legends in MSOffice. -Rudy.
