I want to add a line to my layer which has no any feature yet with the
add line button on Map Eidt toolbar.When i finished with a
doubleclick,i just got the error information: Sorry, the Program
referenced memory illegally.
I'm still a rookie in TransCAD
Could anybody give me a help?Thank you!
