Thanks, folks, for all the suggestions. Two follow up questions.
I've got the data in decent shape in Excel, but have not had the "Fill" command available under the Edit part of the menu. Any thoughts about what I might need to do? I also came up with a workaround of bringing in the data only for the district I want to highlight and making a prism map out of that result. The problem there is that each of the districts appear to look identical in the prism map. I look forward to your input.
