I had a similar problem. Maptitude support gave me this advice and it worked: "Maptitude matches addresses based upon the data in the Navteq streets layer shipped with the software. In cases where there is no match via street name, range and postal code, Maptitude may be unable to locate you data by address. If you have determined the location of your unfound addresses using another source, you can add those locations to the map layer using the Locate by Pointing tool. Please see pages 243-45 of the Maptitude Users Guide, accessed by choosing Help-Maptitude Users Guide, for details."
