Thanks for the advice. It seems to work!!

So I have one more question. I have to create territories within the customers
I plotted. It would be finding a major road or landmark and drawing a line on
it to then pull customers and have them exported into a excel spreadsheet.

Hi:

In Maptitude 2013 Tools-Locate- Locate by Address can find "38420 Chester Rd".

You will need to delete ", 2nd Fl." to find "37300 Detroit Rd., 2nd Fl."

The remaining address appears to have both an incorrect ZIP Code and City:

4400 Lear Nagle Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039
vs
4400 Lear Nagle Rd., Avon, OH, 44011

If you correct either the city or ZIP Code then Maptitude will also find this
final address.
