Check the online tool batchgeo.com. They allow 250 records at a time for
free (you need to enter your email address to get the results). It'd be
great if Maptitude starts an online batch geocoding service and slowly
expand to its wonderful toolset online...

I had a similar problem. Maptitude support gave me this advice and it
worked:

"Maptitude matches addresses based upon the data in the Navteq streets
layer shipped with the software. In cases where there is no match via
street name, range and postal code, Maptitude may be unable to locate you
data by address. If you have determined the location of your unfound
addresses using another source, you can add those locations to the map
layer using the Locate by Pointing tool. Please see pages 243-45 of the
Maptitude Users Guide, accessed by choosing Help-Maptitude Users Guide, for
details."

I am plotting customer data on the Maptitude software, I am currently
plugging in an excel spreadsheet with street address and having it give me
lat and long. Not all of the data is plotting, there are some customers
that dont have Lat and Long assigned to them. I have tried the locate tool
and am still not getting anything. I have cross checked the addresses with
google and they are correct. What next?

Here are the addresses

38420 Chester Rd. Avon OH 44011
4400 Lear Nagle Rd. Avon OH 44011
37300 Detroit Rd., 2nd Fl. Avon OH 44011

Thanks in advance!!
