TOP STORY: Expo Communications inked a multi-platform affiliation 
agreement with Bresnan Communications for the rollout of Expo TV, a 
network dedicated to helping consumers make informed purchasing 
decisions. Expo TV's 24/7 channel will be made available to most of 
Bresnan's digital basic customers and Expo TV's on-demand service will 
be made available to all video-on-demand enabled homes.  Expo TV 
offers a TV-based video catalog, on a linear channel and on- demand, 
showcasing product demonstrations.

Double C Technologies completed its purchase of substantially all the 
North American assets of Liberate Technologies --- More than one-half 
(56 percent) of U.S. broadband households have received an Internet 
protection solution from their broadband ISP, although only 11 percent 
currently pay for these services, according to research from Parks 
Associates --- SES GLOBAL said its board of directors appointed Edward 
D. Horowitz to the position of president and CEO of SES AMERICOM and 
to the executive committee of SES GLOBAL.
