unfavourable ones would be good. We have already made adjustments based on some
of these so it would be really neat to mention that briefly.
Also a list of places that offer courses in OpenOffice might be good too.

I think this is a good idea. It is always good to take into stock what
people are saying about your software. It is good to read the positive
and negative reviews. We could collect any reviews regardless of the
language. It would be good for our records and for reviewing marketing
strategy.
