Hi :) I think that part of the point of having a named, regular, person is partly so that people in the local lists know who to contact about trivial issues that don't need to be broadcast to the entire list. Also to get clarification or to get things quickly onto all lists. Likewise the other way around, from international lists to local lists.
I think it's likely to be a role that keeps a person quite busy so i disagree about it being the job of the leader of a local list. It might be better to delegate different jobs to different people if possible. However, i think that's something for lists to decide for themselves. Regards from Tom :) ________________________________ From: Paulo de Souza Lima <paulo.s.l...@varekai.org> To: marketing@global.libreoffice.org Sent: Mon, 22 August, 2011 12:13:08 Subject: Re: [libreoffice-marketing] Building a network of marketeers 2011/8/22 Florian Effenberger <flo...@documentfoundation.org> <snip /> > > I would *only* make an exception when someone has problems with speaking > English. I fully agree with that !!! Including issues discussed in private lists, when they become to a consensus, apply them to the public lists for discussion also. > Florian > > -- > Florian Effenberger <flo...@documentfoundation.org**> > Steering Committee and Founding Member of The Document Foundation > Tel: +49 8341 99660880 | Mobile: +49 151 14424108 > Skype: floeff | Twitter/Identi.ca: @floeff > > Cheers -- Paulo de Souza Lima Técnico em Eletrônica e Administrador http://www.pasl.net.br http://almalivre.wordpress.com Curitiba - PR Linux User #432358 Ubuntu User #28729 "For people to achieve peace in their relationships, spiritual peace and the peace among people, it's necessary, earlier, to win the internal battle between virtues and defects" - Talal Husseini - Acropolitan Philosopher -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to marketing+h...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/marketing/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
