Welcome Vipin Lal. I am another volunteer. OpenOffice 4 is to be released soon. Either you can wait for the release, or start spread the message with existing version. It is a good idea to populate in Schools and Colleges. Do not expect any instructions from anybody. You have to initiate your plan, inform in this forum so that it is within the guide lines and policies of AOO. I am from Chennai, India
