The bulk work happened in preparation of the event. I'm sure it can be
spread over more shoulders than last year. I'll leave it to Quim to make
his own plan and start delegating. He has access to my tracker from last
year. :)

Actually, that is pretty much how I did it. There is not much to do once
the thing really runs that requires anyone to be glued to the reception.
Provided of course the team is reachable either via mobile or via IRC/IM.

I didn't do a thing about that last year, people pretty much organized
themselves. Who would have thought! ;)

I like these ideas. In that sense the outcome last year was not ideal.

You will certainly need help to set up and take down stuff. Even if it's
only banners, it's still work and much less annoying if you're a bunch of
people rather than one person.
