Good. I don't think the track rooms need anything? Anything else? All of the "leisure" (lounge & lunch) happens in the ground floor and there is no way to get lost. All the sessions happen upstairs in the same level. There is the Galerie for the plenary sessions and then Seminarraum I to IV for the tracks. I guess the own venue has indications to reach each space (will ask). REGISTRATION & OFFICE STUFF Badges, lanyards, permanent pens and stuff. All this should fit in a box. Ask the venue if we can borrow their printer in an emergency. Locate a good printing service in the area just in case. FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT Provided and arranged by the venue. MERCHANDISING Do we really need yet another event shirt, yet another event toy. My vote as organizer is -1 but I'm open to opinions. If any sponsor wants to bring any giveaways then they should contact me and take care of all the logistics.
