OK! Let's go for this option. Sivan, how do you feel about setting this up? This would be the workflow: 1. Everybody applies for Qt CS registration at http://qt-project.org/groups/qt-contributors-summit-2012 AND this Survey, containing all the fields specified plus one for requesting travel sponsorship N/Y. 2. Sivan and Quim review the applications. In case of doubt they will ask the right people. 3a. Accepted participants will be included in the DevNet group. If there are sponsorship arrangements they will be addressed via email separately (Sivan and Quim need to figure out exactly how). 3b. Declined participants will be... declined, receiving an email with a standard answers and an option to reply directly to Quim. PS: I'm considering of combining the thunder of the Qt 5 Alpha with the opening of the Qt CS registration. It is a good opportunity to get the attention from the core community and surroundings. In any case it would be useful to set the Survey up and test it over the weekend in order to have it ready by next Monday. -- Quim _______________________________________________ Marketing mailing list [email protected] http://lists.qt-project.org/mailman/listinfo/marketing
