People can (and should) add all their public personal information in their
DevNet profiles. The place to find the people registered at the conference will
be http://qt-project.org/groups/qt-contributors-summit-2012/members

PS: http://qt-project.org/groups/qt-contributors-summit-2012/wiki looks better
now, but I pushed plenty of unpolished strings to the secondary pages. :)

Small addendum: an "expertise" field, i.e. "Talk me about X, Y, Z"
where X, Y, Z are the areas of knowledge (as multiple open answers, up
to, say, 5).
