I've been reading back into a few old email threads and found the below conversation stored in our wiki: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Marketing/US-Marketing/Projects/LibOEducation
However, it's missing the updates from the discussion thread. If anyone from that conversation (Marc, Drew, others) would like to update the wiki page, that would be a good help, to make sure these ideas aren't lost over the longer term. Once we have a site forum on the main Drupal LibO website, it will be much easier to carry on conversations and develop and implement action plans as we're striving toward here.
