Hello,

I'm creating a biomart and have trouble with searching numeric fields with the value 0.

This can be reproduced by searching for human SNPs at:
http://www.ensembl.org/Multi/martview

and specifying a value for Minor allele frequencies -> Maximum frequency of the minor allele.

If I enter "1", I get:

filter
Maximum frequency of the minor allele: 1
2823020 Entries pass Filters

but if I enter "0", I get:
filter
None
12065231 Entries pass Filters

Hi Alexandre,
it seems that we have somehow mysteriously missing the filter from SQL compilation
when value '0' is used ei

the first query results in:
count SELECT COUNT(*) FROM snp_mart_39.hsapiens_snp__snp__main main WHERE (main.overall_min_freq < 1)

while the second in

count SELECT COUNT(*) FROM snp_mart_39.hsapiens_snp__snp__main main

which is obviously not correct.

we'll look into this and will come back to you with the ETA for fix

a.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Alexandre
