Hi Arek,
Thank you very much for the really quick fix.
Now the count is reported correctly in the HTML page. However, when I
eventually export the data to a table, the table again contains all the
rows as if the filter has been ignored.
Best

Hello,
I'm creating a biomart and have trouble with searching numeric fields
with the value 0.
This can be reproduced by searching for human SNPs at:
http://www.ensembl.org/Multi/martview
and specifying a value for Minor allele frequencies -> Maximum
frequency of the minor allele.
If I enter "1", I get:
filter
Maximum frequency of the minor allele: 1
2823020 Entries pass Filters
but if I enter "0", I get:
filter
None
12065231 Entries pass Filters
Hi Alexandre,
this is now hopefully fixed. If you have a local install
please do 'cvs update' to get this patch. The central
server (http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martview)
has already been updated so you can test it there. We have
notified Ensembl folks and Ensmebl BioMart site will
follow with this patch in a few days
please let us know if you experience any further problems,
a.
Thank you in advance for your help.
