The funny thing is, configure.pl also bombs when I try to access my own
datasets, installed on the same machine as I am running Mart from. I
will
play around with usernames and passwords, maybe I got something wrong
there.
Well, I cut down the security to zero, so that you don't need to give a
username or password to access the data on the MySQL server, and
still get "ERROR something wrong with your registry:".
I will try deleting the entire biomart-perl hierarchy and reinstall from
CVS. Maybe that will help.
