I will try deleting the entire biomart-perl hierarchy and reinstall from CVS. Maybe that will help.
I still got the same error and I've now basically run out of ideas, except really stupid things like reinstalling perl and all its modules from scratch or something. Do you have any better suggestions? Cheers, David.
