Hi Robert,
the best is to test this on 0.7 if you do have intentions of installing
0.7 anyways.

Hi mart-dev,
I've been using a version of BioMart 0.6 for quite a while now. Some of
the data kept in the BioMart is strings that correspond to HTML links
(so, the string is a plain '<a> href ... <\a>'). The BioMart attribute I
use to select this data does not have a http value (like links to
Ensembl genes), but still the string is interpreted by the browser as a
link. At least the browser used to interpret the string as a link.
In the most recent BioMart 0.6 version the string is no longer a shown
as a link in the HTML result view (but still is in the CSV view),
instead the '<' and '>' characters are removed from the string and seem
to be interpreted as a superscript formatting tag. I have a pic but
cannot attach here. Is there any reason for this change? Was there a
change in the stylesheet for the HTML results page? Would this also
happen in BioMart 0.7?
Thanks for you help,
Robert
