Hi Syed, Ah, AJAX, yes that makes more sense now. I will have to change it to use the BioMart out-link as per Ensembl. Ironically, CSV & TSV still work just fine showing a HTML link on the results page!

I guess what might have affected this is the difference in communication on MartView page i-e 0.6 onwards, its AJAX driven, hence the whole page isnt rendered anymore. Going back to the point of having HTML data in database, it may make sense for HTML formatter, however how would the users interpret this using TSV, CSV etc formatters ?
