How do you conjure any animus on my part to anyone on this list? People who actually read what I've written know that my point was quite the contrary.
This leaves me to tentatively conclude that you are far too important to read anything I actually have too say. And I clearly don"t have the truckloads of free time you have to waste on lengthy polemics against positions people don't actually have.
