Sometimes in the 1960s, I bought a book entitled MARX and ENGELS ON THE
AMERICAN CIVIL WAR --- In it, there are articles by Marx, letters between
Marx and Engels and RESOLUTIONS by the First International that were SENT
to President Lincoln.

I don't remember that Lincoln ever responded but I could be wrong)
