I thought this might be a good place to post this,just in case anybody
here has not read it. It pretty much blows away the argument, popular
among many on the left ,that A) America could never become fascist.
B)Fascism always has to look like it did in Europe, in the 1930s and
40s. That a completely different, 21st Century model of fascism, left
alone a uniquely American one, could never exist.

As for "America could never become fascist", there would never be any
point answering Paul Street since we are dealing with the here and now,
