While the Supreme Court today has a Trumpist majority, the liberal minority 
agreed to the ruling. (They dissented on a larger issue that the majority 
stuffed into their explanation.) This ruling rejects an instance of states' 
rights. Maybe the liberals think they can use it as a precedent later. Yeah, 
sure; as though fascists ever bowed down to logical consistency. . .. So we 
have another occasion where we can advocate for working-class dictatorship and 
democracy. There is no solution within a bourgeois democracy that has entered 
its phase of terminal decay.
