I (obviously) was not speaking in generalities for a tactic legitimate for all times and circumstances. My original point concerned the specific 1951 assassination of the tyrant who stole the West Bank from the Palestinians. That assassination has ever since been considered an act of great heroism and dedication by every Palestinian that I have ever spoken to or read their comments about.
