"explicable" - absolutely no doubt that is quite correct. The anger of the oppressed is quite understandable and explicable. This is not the question I think. Since "explicable" is not necessarily the same as "advisable" as a general framework by which to advise the movement - please comment on your application of this. Further - to what is geo-political limits is this discussion constrained or not? How does this translate to strategy of a Marxist movement at large in the Western 'democratic' states?
