"Leninism" means something different to different people and "tendencies" on
this list. Some say that Leninism as handed down from the Communist
International has little to do with Lenin, whom I don't believe would
arbitrarily remove 2/3 of a national party leadership with no membership
discussion - beyond denouncing the people chosen for expulsion. Some no doubt
disagree with that characterization.
So discussions on Lenin are better anchored IMHO in Lenin's writings. Maybe we
can discuss why Marxist-Leninist organizations fracture endlessly, end up with
a single leader or leadership clique, and sometimes turn into a cult where the
leaders sells $20M of Leninist-party real estate and moves the proceeds into
their account.
One question: What is "crisis of leadership theory?"
