There really IS a resistance 2.0, but this time around, the resistance has been abandoned by the Democratic Party establishment. The people being attacked are resisting, slowly, but surely. The day without immigrants affected at least sixty US cities. There are three layers of resistance: the Democrats who are trying to defend their positions in state and local governments in the most timid and legalistic ways possible; the priviledged workers, government bureaucrats, and union bureaucrats who are filing lots of lawsuits, and the workers, documented and undocumented, who are beginning to organizing themselves to fight back. All three layers of resistance overlap, and all three intersect with the chaotic and often idiotic attacks of the Trump/Muskie skunks. Trump and Musk are going to lose bigly, but it will take a little time.
